WAYNE CHARLES MELTON established Impact Realty-Melton & Associates, Inc. in September, 1988 after a very successbul career in both mortgage banking and real estate sales. 

Sales awards and honors include: Century Club Award, 1983-1985; Pacesetter Award, 1977-1984; the HFC Achievement Award, 1981; Number One Sales Producer, Sunbelt Region- Realty World (Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina) 1988; and Sale of the Year 1989, 1990, 1992;  2001 Athens Area of Association of Realtors Most Creative Sale of the Year Award, Good Neighbor Award, 2005 Athens Area Association of Realtors; Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, and Phoenix Million Dollar Club, 2002-present

He has been recognized, nationally and internationally, in Who\'s Who In Sales and Marketing, 1983- ; Who's Who In the South and Southwest, 1984- ; Who's Who In the World, 1992; Who's Who In America, 1997- ; Who\'s Who Among Rising Young Americans, 1992; Dictionary of International Biographie, London, 2001 and other nationally recognized publications. He has been recently featured in many articles in  Realty News, Connections Magazine and the Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Melton received his AB degree from the University of Georgia in 1975; MBA Shepperton University, 2001; PhD, 2003  He is the past Vice President of Mu, Inc. Housing Corporation of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. Director of Ministerio Misionero La Cosecha, Inc. He is a consultant for many federal and government entities regarding real estate marketing and real estate trends, including the 5th District Federal Reserve Bank. He has served many offices with the local Assocition of Realtors, Past President of the MLS of AAAR and is currently a Director for the State of Georgia Association of Realtors.

Wayne is married to Maria Piedad Tobar- Conde Melton, Cali, Columbia, S.A. and has two daughters: Bonnie Elizabeth and Ingrid Tatiana. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
